Use the link in your shipping email
When your order leaves our warehouse we send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. That link is the fastest way to see where your parcel is.
Check from your account
If you ordered while signed in, your orders and their tracking details are listed in your account area.
When tracking has not updated yet
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created. Orders ship from Singapore, and international delivery times vary by destination.
Subscription deliveries
Subscription orders are prepared on your renewal date and receive their own shipping email with a fresh tracking link each time.
