The science behind Strong Muscles

Why muscle matters as we age
Adults can begin losing muscle from around their 30s, and the pace picks up later in life. Muscle supports strength, balance, bone loading, and the ability to keep doing everyday things independently.

Protein and leucine
Each serving provides 15g of protein together with L-leucine, an amino acid involved in the signalling that supports muscle protein synthesis.
Spreading protein across the day is generally easier to sustain than relying on a single large intake.
Vitamin D and vitamin K2
Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 is included alongside it as part of the bone and connective-tissue support in the formula.
Collagen peptides
Collagen peptides supply the amino acids that make up connective tissue, which surrounds and supports muscle and joints.
How the formula is decided
Doctors shape the formula before production, finished batches are tested by an independent laboratory, and manufacturing follows current good manufacturing practice standards.
Strong Muscles is nutritional support, not medication. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
